I have been blogging on this blog for 68 days now. Though I had another blog before, I´ll count just these days. While being a blogger working to bring his new blog out there to the audience, there is something to learn in every week.
Here is what I have learned:

  1. Start blogging, if you haven´t yet.
  2. You need an own domain for your blog
  3. Get the plugins your blog needs
  4. Always respond to your reader´s comments
  5. Create an “About” page
  6. Implement a sitemap on your blog
  7. Make use of blog carnivals
  8. Ask your readers questions
  9. Write series of posts
  10. Avoid duplicate content at all times
  11. Write more and better content
  12. Share, what you have learned from blogging

    Marco,
I have learned that posting frequently is so important to a new blog. If only I had more time……

Simonne, thank you so much. For me, it feels like it has been yesterday when I started this blog.

Neena, I´m working hard on keeping up my 6-post-a-week “schedule” next to my day job.
I´ve written about finding your personal posting frequency before and hope to manage to keep it up.
