I have created a new toplist on blogs which cover the blogging topic and implemented a new ranking algorithm. The ranking doesn´t take the blogs Google PageRank into consideration.

   I would love to know what you were using to count the incoming links? Did you use Technorati, or is it a combined list of all?

   Monika, link data is coming from technorati. (Whenever their API would work).

    @ Monika - I’m glad to see I’m not the only geeky one interested in how the list data was extracted. Marco very kindly emailed me with details of API’s and so forth. I’m not sure I will be implementing any of this, it was more as an academic exercise – must keep those brain cells active after all!
