The day has passed by again, and you wonder where your time has gone? Would you like to have more time to spend than you actually have? Here are 4 stunning techniques that will add extra hours to your day you never knew they existed.
Successful people´s days do also have 24 hours like yours, right? The matter is not how many hours there are, but what you are making of them.
Become an early riser
At least in part, rising early is contributed to their success by many highly successful people. Mornings are extremely productive, except you spend them between the pillows.
If you want to rise early it is important to setup some rules to your sleeping routine. Do not try to shift your sleeping 1 or 2 hours. That won´t work.
The first thing is, to get out of bed at a fixed time, seven days a week. Please, do not try to stay in bed longer during the weekend, your body won´t ever adjust to your new sleep patterns.
Once your body learns getting up at a specific time every day, your internal clock will adjust to this. When you become sleepy - your body naturally tells you, that it´s time for bed.
That´s the whole thing: Getting up at a fixed time in the morning and go to bed, when you feel too sleepy to stay up any longer.
Let your natural alarm-clock do the rest for you.
(If you try this, please let me know about your success)
Don´t spend your time on TV
The average person spends more than 4 hours a day on watching TV. This sums up to 60 days per year. Think of what you can accomplish within this time.
Try to reduce your TV time by one hour per day. That alone gives you more than 15 days every year. You could write your own book or learn a new language during this time. A nice little extra holiday season.
Get more out of your life. Seize the day(s)
Commit to speed-reading
Reading is one of the most important prerequisites of success. Every day, whereeve you are, whatever you do, you are probably being flooded with information. Beginning with your morning paper, ending with any late-night show or some emails before sleeping.
There are several ways to optimize your speed of reading. Many people managed to raise their reading-speed by a factor of 3. They will help you absorbing your reading material every day.

Listen to audio books
As you are now a person who reads more than ever, you can improve this even more. How much time do you spend every day in your car, working out, cleaning the house? With audio books you can double use this time for doing whatever you do AND reading a book. This is perfect multi-tasking. You will be able to read an incredible number of books every month which uses to be a storehouse of knowledge added to your life.
There are 525,600 minutes in every year - please do not waste one of them. Use your time given to maximize your success.

I am very intrigued by Photoreading. Can you really read 25,000 words/minute? My Googling on the subject has produced mixed reviews.
Did you purchase the full course or did you read the book?
